酒店管理
酒店管理專(zhuān)業(yè)培養(yǎng)具有良好的語(yǔ)言應(yīng)用和公關(guān)能力，掌握酒店管理基本經(jīng)營(yíng)、管理理論技能，適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需要的實(shí)用性高級(jí)酒店管理人才。掌握餐飲服務(wù)，餐廳服務(wù)和客房服務(wù)等三項(xiàng)基本服務(wù)技能，具有良好的禮儀修養(yǎng)和社交能力，具備涉外酒店管理人員的基本素質(zhì)以及旅游業(yè)相關(guān)知識(shí)，能勝任旅游行政管理部門(mén)，旅游企事業(yè)單位管理的高等技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才。
酒店管理專(zhuān)業(yè)面向整個(gè)酒店服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)，即酒店、娛樂(lè)、會(huì)議中心、餐飲業(yè)、機(jī)場(chǎng)、游船業(yè)、假日公司等等。本專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)的學(xué)生將有著較為廣泛的擇業(yè)范圍，除酒店服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)外，還可以在醫(yī)院或居住社區(qū)等從事服務(wù)工作。
